Tom Whitaker
Tom found Improv online, wanting an outlet for all that pent-up funny brewing inside. Taking a PHIT Level 1 class under “Cubby” Altobelli and regularly attending The Improv Incubator, Tom ingrained himself into the improv community and began networking and establishing lifelong friendships. Getting pointers from the best improvisers in the city, he slowly got his comedy sea legs and started looking for a group. After a failed attempt to start his own short form/long form/sketch/stand-up group he went back to basics. By pure chance he wandered into a Rookie Card audition and found himself and three others welcomed with open arms. Tom is constantly searching for new avenues of comedy to explore but for the time being is very glad to be with his new family. |
Tom Whitaker is the baby of the team. Tom’s father did sketch back in
the hippie era but then he went and got married and had kids (very
unfunny). So it was up to his youngest son to pick up the comedy torch.
